Well Christmas is over, the New Year is here…….time to return to school. It’s not that I don’t want to, I guess I could just use another week off. I had a whole list of organizational, cleaning projects that I wanted to get done, but due to our whole family being sick this last week…….it didn’t get done.
But, we did have a wonderful Christmas and New Year. Here are some photos to share what we did do on our lovely break from school.
We had a Christmas party with our co-op and made some gorgeous Graham cracker houses.
Little Lizard kept trying to eat everyone’s houses!
We made a Jesse Tree. (I just didn’t seem to get a picture with it completed :)
The kids played together…… whether they wanted to play baby or not!
We wrapped presents.
We unwrapped presents.
We visited with friends.
We made some crafts.
We decorated some cookies.
We drove to visit family.
Family came to visit us. I have to say I am very disappointed at my lack of pictures this Christmas! We had a total of 5 family Christmas celebrations, plus my Dad coming over Christmas morning, and this is all I took! Sorry Grandparents!
The kids played some more.
The babies had croup and the rest of us had a nasty cold.
Well despite the sickness and the chores that didn’t get completed, we had a wonderful Christmas. We are so blessed to have each other and to be together as a family. I am looking forward to this new year and all the great times we are going to have together!
Love the photos ... such cute little kiddos. I really like the faces on the artwork!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. Whenever my kids have made graham cracker houses, they don't stay together very well. Yours came out really good.
