ECC Co-op: Sand Art
Community Outreach
For the month of August the kids in co-op did some extra chores and other things to earn money for the local Pregnancy Decision Help Center. It was great to see Big Ladybug’s excitement and willingness to go above and beyond to earn money for this cause.
Did you know??
The pudu (Pudu puda) is the smallest deer in the world, ranging from 60 to 85 centimeters in length. They can be found in Chile and Argentina.
I apologize to anyone who expected a linky on Thursday……if it’s my week to post, count on Fridays :0)
Between schooling, mothering, grocery shopping, cleaning, cooking, yard work, co-op, working 2 nights a week, and now putting my home up for sale (phew) …..blogging is not on the front burner.
However I really enjoy blogging so I will be faithful to my commitment to post, and will try my best to visit every link-up submission each week!
Don’t forget to support and encourage each other by visiting a few link-ups and leaving comments :0)
I like the Geography Vocabulary notebook. I wish I would have thought to do that last year.
ReplyDeleteLove your 3D forest!! I had wanted to do something like that but we ran out of time. Busy, busy week! So fun to see all your pics and read how your week went!
ReplyDeleteNice deer lapbook. I can't wait to see it!
ReplyDeleteNo. 1, I love the 3D forest. No. 2, as always, I am so impressed by your daughter's notebooking pages!! No. 3, kudos to you, Mom, for having your dd help at the pregnancy center!! And No. 4, never, NEVER apologize for putting your home and family first!! You're doing a great job, and if that means you don't have a linky up on Thursday, that's completely understandable!! Thanks for teaming up with Monica to take on the weekly highlights!
ReplyDeleteGreat week! The vocabulary notebook is a great idea!
ReplyDeleteI love the lapbooks. I just don't have the time these days to print and cut everything that go along with them. Maybe next year we will use them with ECC.
